Sunday
Gatherings

5:00 PM @ Roam-Galleria

What To Expect

1. PARKING

Roam-Galleria shares a large parking lot (free) with AMC, Main Event and Local Vine. You will see our signage pointing you toward our entrance where a greeter will welcome you and guide you toward the second floor where we gather.

2. ENTRANCE

If this is your first time visiting our church family we would love to meet you! Once you get to the top of the escalator, you’ll see our signage pointing you towards the entrance of Roam. We will have greeters and signage ready to welcome you and show you where you can find a cup of coffee, the kids check in, the restrooms and most importantly – our worship space!

3. CHECK IN

Parents can stop at the Kids check-in table outside the worship gathering (signage and greeters will show you the way) and meet one of our kids volunteers. They will have you fill out a form and then show you where you can drop off your child.

We provide ministry to kids, ages birth – 6th grade. We are ready to receive children 15 minutes before the start of the service. All City View Kids volunteers are background checked and trained.

4. THE SERVICE

Worship is happening all over, every day. Romans 12:1-2 tells us not to be conformed to the world but to be transformed by the renewal of our minds. This happens when we aim our hearts towards the Person of Jesus Christ. That’s the Gospel – and we believe that God’s Word is centered around the Gospel. This is a better story than our broken worlds are telling. And since the Bible is centered around the Gospel, our worship gatherings are centered around the story of the Gospel. Through our Scripture reading, prayers, singing, communion and preached Word – we are centering our lives around Jesus.

5. NEXT STEPS

We would love to meet you! When our worship gathering concludes, please fill out a connect card so that we can gift you with a free shirt and keep in touch regarding future events, schedule changes, Life Groups, membership classes and more.

“The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.”
— Luke 10:2

Membership

Church membership is not a club to “pay into” and receive “perks”. Nor is it a restaurant that we go to for consumption when we feel like it. Rather, church membership is a covenant that we enter into together for service, accountability, edification and mission. The Bible has one plan for Jesus’ Great Commission being accomplished: the local church. Therefore we take membership very seriously.

  1. Attend one of our worship gatherings or City Groups.
  2. Attend a “Discover City View” class to learn more about our mission, vision, beliefs and what it means to be a member with CVC.
  3. Schedule to meet with a pastor to discuss God’s saving work in your life.
  4. Lastly, you would sign our covenant in agreement to join our local church.

City Groups

City Groups are small groups of 8-15 people that meet on a regular basis to encourage one another towards abiding in Jesus. The beauty of City Groups is that they are a missional in nature, allow us to to grow as disciples, and great opportunities for seekers to belong before believing.

City Groups are the most fundamental way we grow as disciples and make disciples. Through City Groups we seek to grow as disciples of Jesus, live as a family of believers, and be sent out on a shared mission.

Fill out the form below by selecting the group(s) you are interested in and we we will follow up with next steps.
